Introduction

A delicious lowfat low calorie way to enjoy egg bagel sandwiches again! A delicious lowfat low calorie way to enjoy egg bagel sandwiches again!

Ingredients

    1 mini bagel -whole wheat is best
    1 egg white
    1 tomato wedge-diced
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 TB whpped cream cheese-2 is for days I REALLY want to pile it on. It's also yummy with simply 1 TB which will cut the sandwich's calories by 30.

Directions

Mix your diced tomatoes with your egg white. Fry in a small frying pan, trying to keep the egg in one piece. Meanwhile toast the bagel and then add your cream cheese. Place finished egg in between and voila!
