    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Butter, salted, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 drops
    Parsley, fresh, chopped small handful
    Prawns - approx 15 small prawns or 125g, (cooked)


Beat the eggs with salt & pepper to taste

Add parsley

Heat butter & oil in pan

Pour the egg into the pan, cook for a minute, then add the prawns

Cook until egg is cooked through and prawns are heated through.

Serve immediately
