Ingredients

    3 anaheim chilis
    1lb. pork loin roast cubed
    1 onion chopped
    4 cloves of garlic chopped
    2-15 oz can of hominy
    4 c water
    2 tbsp of chili powder
    1tsp of cumin
    1 tsp ofsalt 1
    1 4 oz can of chilies, or 2 jalapeno choppeds.

Directions

I boil the anaheim chiles until soft and puffy. Then with some of the hot water I place chilis in blender without the stems. blend until finely chopped.
Place all ingrediants into slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.

serve with toppings- shredded cabbage, chopped onion, avocado, cilantro, and jalapenos.
