Ingredients

    1 8in Spaghetti Squash-cooked anyway you like
    1 c. Onion, chopped
    2 med. Garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 lb. Mushrooms
    1/2 t. Oregano
    1 t. Basil
    2 T. Parsley
    Pinch of Thyme
    2 Tomatoes, chopped
    Dash of salt & pepper
    1 c. Cottage cheese, low-fat
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Fine bread crumbs
    4 t. Parmesan cheese


Directions

Mix together and top with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Makes approximately 8 servings.
