    2 cups lettuce
    1/2 cup kidney beans
    1/4 cup shrimp
    1/4 cup mandarin oranges
    dash cumin
    dash black pepper
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice


1. Shred lettuce, place in bowl along with drained kidney beans, drained shrimp, and orange slices.

2. Wisk together olive oil and lemon juice. Dash with ground cumin and black pepper.
