    500g minced beef
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 carrot, coarsely chopped
    200g mushrooms, chopped
    1 Tbl olive oil
    1/2 pack Velish Mushroom & Cracked Pepper Soup
    12 sheets filo pastry


Preheat the oven to 180C.

Sauteed the onion, carrots & mushrooms in the oil until the mushrooms are turning golden. Add the mince and continue to cook until thoroughly browned. Add the soup and cook until the liquid has been reduced by about half.

Transfer into individual oven-proof bowls. Layer three sheets of filo together, spraying with oil spray between each layer. Crumpled up and arrange on top of one of the bowls. Repeat with the remaining filo and the other pies. Spray with oil and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds or garlic flakes.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until the filo is golden and crispy. Serve straight to the table with lemony greens.
