    *Cut Italian Green Beans, 2.5 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato)
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large
    *Heinz Distilled White Vinegar, 4 oz (or to taste)
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, black, to taste


Boil eggs and peel, let cool. While eggs are cooling place green beans in boiling water, cook until soft but still a bit firm, drain and run under cold water to cool, and place in large salad bowl. Cut tomato wedges in half, add to beans. Chop egg into pieces (medium chop) and add to beans and tomato mix. Stir pour vinegar over mixture and stir into salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 10 (1.5 c srvg)
