    2 cups flour
    1/3 cup (5 Tbsp) Earth Balance Buttery Spread
    7/8 cup Soymilk
    1/2 tsp salt
    10 tsp sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    4 cups sliced strawberries
    Soyatoo Soy Whipped topping


Preheat oven to 450.
Macerate strawberries by stirring in sugar and mixing well. Let sit.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt in bowl and sift together. Add margarine and cut in with pastry cutter until crumbly. Add milk and mix until a soft dough forms. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 12 pieces. Bake on baking sheet lined with parchment for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool on rack.

Layer strawberries, shortcake and whipped topping to serve.
