Ingredients

    2 tsp virgin olive oil
    1 onion, diced
    3 carrots, diced
    1/2 cauliflower, diced
    3 cups cooked chicken, diced
    1 env cream of broccoli dry mix
    1 cup milk
    2 cups water
    2 cups flour
    2 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup of butter
    1 egg
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup grated firm cheese (cheddar, gouda, brick, at your taste)

Directions

Saute the onions, carrot and cauliflower in the oil for a few minutes.
Add the chicken
Mix the water, 1 cup of milk and the soup in a bowl.
Pour over the vegetables and chicken - Set aside
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the butter and cut it with two knives until oatmeal consistency.
Incorporate the egg, the milk and then the cheese.
Put (one spoonfull at a time) the bread mixture over the veggetable and chicken.
Cook in a 450 F oven for 30 minutes.

Makes about 8 servings
