    Bumble Bee Tuna Fish in water, 5 oz can (2 servings per can), 2 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp
    *Helmans Mayonaise, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


chop veggies, add to well drained tuna fish, add mayo, dash of black pepper & dash of garlic salt, mix well & serve
