Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

salmon fillet (4-5 oz fillet, 1 per serving)
    Vermont Sugar-Free Maple Flavored Syrup
    Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

In medium bowl, mix syrup and balsamic vinegar. Add salmon and marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

To cook: pre-heat George Foreman type grill, or non-stick skillet. (I use the Foreman grill because it's just plain easy.) Place salmon fillet on grill and allow to brown. Turn fillet after 10 minutes.

Cooking time depends on heat and thickness of the fillet. Just ensure fillet is "flaky" before serving.
