    2 flounder filets
    1 Quaker True Delights chewy granola bar - I used the Toasted coconut, banana, macadamia nut
    1/4 cup plain non fat yogurt
    1/4 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
    Splenda to taste


Line a baking dish with foil. Seperate the bar into two halves. One half crumbled and mixed with the yougurt and splenda. Spoon on top of fish and around the side. Crumble the rest of the bar on top of the fish. Place the pineapple chunks around the fish. Bake at 425 - 20 25 minutes. Makes two servings.
