    1 large egg
    1/2 slice wheat bread
    1 tsp parmesan
    1-2 basil leaves
    horse radish to taste
    salt and pepper to taste


Poach the egg in unsalted water
While poaching, prepare the bread:
spread with horseradish
Rip basil leaves onto horseradish-bread
place finished poach egg on top
Top with salt, pepper and cheese
