Let the crock pot do your cooking for these yummy and easy sandwiches! Let the crock pot do your cooking for these yummy and easy sandwiches!

Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless with fat trimmed
    12 TBSP bbq sauce

Directions

Add your chicken breasts and 1/2 cup water to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, for high for 4.

When done, remove chicken and place in a bowl. Shred with 2 forks. Add bbq sauce and 1/2 cup HOT water. Stir well.

Serve on whole grain buns or other bread. (Bread not counted in nutritional value).
