    5 cups Farmland Dairies Skim Plus milk
    1 pkg dry sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    6 packets of Splenda
    1 cup canned Pumpkin
    1 ounce Rum (or Rum extract to taste)
    1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


Put all in blender on high until mixed. Allow to thicken in fridge for 2 hours. Makes 5 servings.
