Introduction

Quick easy and filling. May need to doctor seasonings. Quick easy and filling. May need to doctor seasonings.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 pound ground chuck
    1 21 oz can Bushs grillin Beans Black Bean Fiesta
    1 14.5 can Happy Harvest Stewed Tomatoes (Aldis)
    1 large onion chopped
    1/2 cup Instant rice
    2 tbsp chili powder (or to taste)

Directions

Lightly brown ground chuck and onions. Add beans and tomatoes (do not drain off juices) and simmer 5 minutes uncovered. Stir in uncooked instant rice and cover and remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes or until rice is soft. Serve on warm flour tortillas with chopped lettuce. Makes 12 tacos using 7" tortillas.
