Ingredients

    16 oz frozen stir fry veggies
    16 oz ground chicken or turkey
    2 tbs soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp ginger powder
    1/4 c water

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken and cook, stirring frequently, until no longer pink.
# Add vegetables and lid. Cook until vegetables are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
# In the meantime, cook the noodles according to package directions.
Add soy sauce, garlic, ginger water. Mix well.
serves 4
