    1 jalapeno, minced
    1 cup cabbage, strips
    1 green pepper, strips (~1.5cups)
    1 zucchini, strips (~2cups)
    2 squash, strips (~2.5cups)
    1 lg. onion, strips
    8 oz./227g. tempeh, cubed and marinade while
    cutting veggies
    1/4 cup dried fungus
    4 lg. mushrooms, sliced
    50 g. shitake, sliced

    Black Bean Sauce
    2T. black beans
    1 T. hot chili-garlic paste
    2 T. sesame oil
    2 T. light soy sauce
    3 T. oyster sauce
    1 T. sugar
    1 tsp. sugar


Makes 4 servings.

Mix the ingredients for black bean sauce.
Cube the tempeh and marinade in black bean sauce until ready to stir fry.
Cut veggies to your liking.
Heat wok, add 2 T. of black bean sauce and sautee veggies until onions just start to become clear. Then add the tempeh and the rest of sauce.
Cook until hot. Serve over brown rice.
