    2 32 oz. containers of 2% cottage cheese
    2 9 oz. packages of frozen chopped spinach
    2 pounds shredded low moisture part skim mozarella
    2 large eggs
    2 24 oz. jars of marinara sauce
    2 12 oz. boxes of jumbo shells


Thaw spinach

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse shells and place in cool water until ready to use. Place small amount of sauce to cover the bottom of two 13 x 9 pans.

Mix shredded cheese, cottage cheese, eggs and spinach.

Take spoon and place a large spoonful of cheese mixture into shell. PDo the same with the other shells until pans are full. One layer only. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes
