    Garlic, 23 grams
    Onions, raw, 110 grams
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil Filippo Berio, 2 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 100 grams
    Village Farms Bell Peppers red, 88 gram(s)
    Village Farms Bell Peppers yellow, 49 gram(s)
    Village Farms Bell Peppers orange, 69 gram(s)
    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 12.70 oz
    Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Del Monte four Cheese Spaghetti Sauce 1/2 cup = 125 g, 250 gram(s)


Saute minced Garlic in Olive Oil, add chopped Onions and cook for about 5 minutes, push to the side and crumble ground beef into the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
Add the Peppers, water and Spaghetti Sauce. Stir, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare your choice of pasta and serve over Pasta.
Makes 3 Servings of 1 cup each.
