A Great "fake out" for low carb low calorie pizza! A Great "fake out" for low carb low calorie pizza!
Number of Servings: 8


    4 oz cream cheese (fat free)
    10 oz egg beaters or (4 large eggs)
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
    2 cups Italian Cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp Oregano
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 jar of pizza sauce (Ragu Homestyle)
    1 cup 2% Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
    Hormel Canadian Bacon Pizza Style, Sliced

    *optional items: Mushrooms, Black Olives, Turkey Pepperoni, Green Olives...or anything else you enjoy on a pizza but remember it will add to the calories.


Heat oven to 375

Beat Cream Cheese and Eggs together, then stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian Cheese, Oregano and Garlic Salt. Mixture should be kind of thick.

Grease(cooking spray) a high sided cookie sheet (the bigger the cookie sheet the thinner the crust) bake for 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness. Crust should be starting to brown a little and pull away from the sides of the cookie sheet.

Spread the pizza sauce add your toppings then cover with the Mozzarella Cheese.

Bake again for 10-15 minutes or until the top browns.

Cut into 8 Servings

This recipes double wonderfully.
