Introduction

Great quick dinner served with salsa. Great quick dinner served with salsa.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 frozen pie crust
    5 large eggs
    1 medium onion
    1 cup of Mexican blend cheese
    1 cup of skim milk
    6 slices of thick sliced bacon

Directions

Cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp. Put Bacon and onion on bottom of pie crust, then sprinkle cheese over the top. Blend eggs and milk together and pour over the top and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
