    12 Lasagna Noodles
    1.5 -2 jars Prego Heart Healthy Ricotta and Parmesan Sauce
    1.5 cups Egg Beaters (or 6 eggs)
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    16 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese
    15 oz Sargento Light Ricotta cheese


Cook lasagna noodles as directed. Rinse and separate noodles to prevent them from sticking together.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix eggs, parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese together in a bowl.
Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce and line bottom with 3 noodles. Layer half of the cheese mixture evenly over noodles. Cover with another layer of 3 noodles. Apply a layer of sauce, then noodles, the spread the rest of the cheese mixture evenly and cover with the final layer of noodles. Cover with sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. Bake covered in the oven for 60 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting. Serves 12.
