Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/2 cup of flour
    1/2 cup of milk
    Dash of salt
    4 Tbs. butter

Directions

Heat the oven to 450 degrees F and put a glass pan in to heat. In a bowl, beat the eggs, flour, milk, and salt all at once. The more air you beat into it, the higher it will rise in the oven. When the oven is hot throw the butter in the pan and let it melt. Then pour the batter in the pan and put it back into the oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or unitl the pancake is puffy and golden. Serve it hot with maple syrup, jam or chocolate spread. This recipe is for two (2 servings). If for a bigger family you can double or triple the recipe if you like.
