    Black eyed peas, pork loin, ancho chilies, pablono chilies,tomato paste, garlic, onions


simmer frozen black eyed peas for 45 min, micowave 7 oz of pork loin on sensi cook, cut other ingredients into bite sized pieces, add to other ingredients and pressure cook all ingredients for 30 minutes.
