Introduction

These little pancakes are super filling and totally delicious with some peanut butter or Nutella on top! These little pancakes are super filling and totally delicious with some peanut butter or Nutella on top!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 eggs (or equiv. egg substitute)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 banana, mashed
    1 tsp canola or vegetable oil
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    10g chia seeds
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 tbsp whole wheat flour

Directions

Thoroughly mix together the eggs, vanilla, banana, & oil in a medium bowl. Stir in cinnamon, cocoa powder, oats, flour, & chia seeds.

Heat a non-stick frying pan on the range. Evenly scoop the batter in (about 1/3 cup each cake) and flatten. Allow to cook on either side and serve with peanut butter or Nutella, or like a typical pancake with syrup.

Makes four pancakes.
