Introduction

Ingredients

    1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
    1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn (or with peppers)
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine, melted
    8 oz sour cream
    1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn muffin mix

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 9x9 inch baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, or until top is golden brown and a knife inserted midway into pan comes out clean.
