    700 grams red potatoes
    2 tbls. olive oil
    1 medium onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese


Cut potatoes into cubes and place in baking dish. Add olive oil, chopped onion and minced garlic. Cover with lid or foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover. Bake for 15- 20 minutes more until done and browned. Cover with shredded cheese and cook until melted. Serves 3-4.
