Ingredients

3 cups quick cooking oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nu-Salt
1/4 cup raw sliced almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 T flaxseeds
1 single-serve pkg Craisins (1.25 oz.)
2 T Better'n Peanut Butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
1)Preheat oven to350 degrees F.
2)Process 2 cup oat in food processor until they become flour-like. Mix oat flour with other dry ingredients in a bowl.
3)Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
4)Spray a small baking disch (approx 5 x 12 inches or a bit larger) with non-stick cooking spray. Press mixture firmly in dish.
5)Cut the whole sheet into 24 mini bars with a knife.
6)Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool, cut again, and store in an air-tight container for up to one week.
Makes 24 breakfast bars/snacks.
