    1/2 pound rigatoni
    1 bunch broccoli rabe
    1/4 Olive oil
    4 cloves garlic minced
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
    1/3 pound salami chopped


Bring large pot of water to boil. Add salt and cook pasta. Meanwhile, blanche broccoli rabe in salted water in large skillet for 7-9 minutes until just tender. Drain rabe and set aside. In same skillet, heat EVOO, garlic and red pepper. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Add rabe and cook one more minute. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. In pasta pan combine ricotta, parmesan and salami. Stir in reservced pasta liquid, broccoli rabe adn pasta. Toss. Season with salt and pepper.
