    3 pounds of ground bison
    1 T dried onion
    1 t black pepper
    1/2 t allspice
    1 T curry powder
    1 t cinnamon
    1 can of Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut MIlk
    1 1/2 c water
    1 1/3 c brown rice
    1 c chopped celery
    1/4 c raisins
    1/4 c almonds, chopped
    1/4 c walnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 t chicken stock base or 1 cube of bouillon


Brown bison with onions and spices. Then, add chopped celery to meat. Then, add water, rice, and chicken base/bouillon. Bring to a boil. Then, reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for 40 minutes or until broth is absorbed by rice. Then, add raisins and chopped nuts.
