    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 200 grams (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 125 grams (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Asda King Prawns, 150 gram(s) (remove)
    *ASDA Wild Rocket, 1.5 oz (remove)


Cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and gently fry the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
Add the mushrooms and increase the heat slightly. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning now and then, until golden.

Stir in the ,sour cream and prawns and warm for 2-3 minutes, without boiling. Season to taste. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, with the rocket.
