    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup white flour
    1/8 teaspoon sea salt
    1 small apple
    2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


This recipe is from Betty Crocker's Cookbook.


Preheat oven 400 degrees. Put the pie tin with in the oven until the butter melted. Spread the butter around the pan.
Peel and dice the apple. Put it in the pan. Than the brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Mix the first 5 ingredients in bowl. Pour the batter in the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes
