Ingredients

    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    0.5 cup Milk, nonfat
    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.12 tsp Salt
    1.0 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin
    6.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    0.25 cup Flour, white
    0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Put the pie tin with in the oven until the butter melted. Spread the butter around the pan. Peel and dice the apple. Put it in the pan. Than the brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix the first 5 ingredients in bowl. Pour the batter in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes Serve and enjoy
