Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast cut into strips
1 c white flour
1 c ice cold water
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp baking powder
1.5 cups Kikoman Panko
1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Mix together flour, water, baking power, and baking soda. Lumps are okay. Dip the chicken into the mixture and then roll the chicken in the panko.
Cook in heated oil until crispy and golden brown.
