    .5 c corn meal
    2 servings ( 6 TBS) of genisoy protein
    1/4 tea salt
    2 TBS backing powder
    1/4 c vegetable oil
    1/4 sugar free maple syrup
    3/4 c nonfat greek yogurt
    2 tea vanilla


Mix all dry together, mix all wet together, combine. cook at 350 degrees F for about 30 min
