Number of Servings: 3


    Flour, white, .5 cup
    Yellow Cornmeal, 0.25 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Basil, 2 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 2 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Tarragon, ground, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Ground Mustard Powder, 1 tsp
    Chicken Drumstick, 6 drumstick, bone and skin removed


Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in a tupperware container, close lid and shake to mix.

Place chicken on a plate and springkle with herb flour. Roll chicken in flour to coat.

Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Pour warm water down side of pan.

Bake, uncovered at 375 for 45 mins. Baste occasionally.
