Ingredients

    Oat Bran, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 10 oz (remove)
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, unpacked (remove)

Directions

mix all wet ingredients in one bowl. mix dry ingredients in another bowl. combine. pour into 12 muffin cups either lined w/ paper or sprayed w/ nonstick cooking spray. bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

makes 12 muffins.
