Ingredients

    2 cans white albacore tuna, drained and broken up
    1 cans whitekidney beans
    1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup yellow bell pepper , chopped
    1 cup purple onion, chopped
    2 tbsp italian parsley, chopped
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Juice of 2 lemons
    1 tbsp dijon mustard

Directions

Drain and break up tuna. Drain and rinse beans. Chop bell peppers and onions into a medium dice. Chop parsley. Mix all together. Mix together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and dijon mustard. Whisk together and pour over beans, vegetables and tuna. Mix well and chill.
