A smoothie that takes less than 5 minutes to make! A smoothie that takes less than 5 minutes to make!

    4 oz (1/2 cup) Cranberry - Apple Juice
    1 package of kroger lite yogurt (or any lite yogurt)
    1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 tbsp honey


Put all ingredients into blender, and blend for about 30 seconds. and you're done!
