    8 oz of tilapia fillets, diced
    0.5 cup chopped onions
    Mango peach salsa (can also just use fresh mango)
    Tortillas (I use Ole xtreme wellness high fiber)
    Red cabbage, chopped
    Chili Garlic sauce to taste


Sautee the onions in a small amount of olive oil until they soften. Then add chopped fish. While fish is cooking, heat tortillas. When fish is done, place in tortilla and top with salsa and cabbage and drizzle with chili garlic sauce. Makes 2 servings.
