Ingredients

    1.25 pounds chicken drumsticks
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    3/4 cup ketchup
    3/4 cup water
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp mustard
    3 tbsp worcestshire sauce
    1/2 cup flour

Directions

Pull skin off chicken drumsticks.
Heat oil in pan.
Combine salt, pepper and flour in a ziploc bag. Add chicken pieces and shake until coated.
Put chicken in heated oil and fry until about halfway cooked. Remove chicken from pan with tons and place in baking dish. Add onion to remaining oils in pan and cook until softened. Add ketchip, water, lemon juice, sugar, worcestshire and mustard and whisk until combined. Allow to simmer until thickened.
Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees about 60-90 minutes.
