Ingredients

    6 chicken breasts
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cups fat free sour cream
    1 cup sliced bell peppers ( any color)
    1 16 oz package of frozen cut up broccoli
    2 packages (rolls) of Ritz style crackers (74 crackers)
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

9 Servings approx 4x4" servings use a large baking pan. Boil chicken approx 30 minutes , remove bone and skin, tear chicken into bite size strips, add 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 cups fat free sour cream, 1 cup of any color bell peppers cut into bite size chunks, 1 package of frozen cut up broccoli.

Stir all ingredients together in baking pan, spread out mixture evenly add a thin layer of shredded cheddar cheese approx 1 cup. Then top with 2 packages of crushed ritz style crackers to the top .
Bake @ 350* for approx 35 minutes until cheese is melted and crackers are golden brown
