Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Adams Peanut butter (just peanuts and oil)
    1/2 cup honey or Blue Agave Nectar
    1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
    Optional Add-Ins:
    1/2 cup coconut
    1/2 cup dried fruit

Directions

Warm peanut butter and honey until softened. Add cocoa powder and blend. Quickly stir in sunflower and pumpkin seeds. shape into small balls. Makes about 30.
