    Cucumber (with peel), 1.5 cucumber
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2.0 cup, chopped
    Black Olives, 20 jumbo sliced
    Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled
    scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

    Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
    Lemon Juice, 1/4 cup
    Garlic, 2 clove minced
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp


chop veggies and place in bowl with cheese & olives
mix dressing ingredients together and pour over veggies, cheese & olives
