    2 cloves garlic
    1 head romaine lettuce
    2 large lemons
    6 tbsp extra light olive oil
    2 servings pepperidge farm classic croutons
    4 tsp reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper


1) wash lettuce & tear apart leaves - wrap leaves tightly in dishtowel & refrigerate to crisp
2) peel cloves of garlic & rub the inside of the bowl well. leave garlic to mix with other ingredients
3) juice two lemons & remove seeds - pour into bowl
4) whisk garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper very well. remove garlic cloves & discard
5) tear lettuce into bowl. top with parm cheese & croutons & toss.
you can also top with grilled chicken or shrimp!
