    Bush's Pinto Beans, 1 28 oz can
    Salsa, 1 16 oz jar
    Ground beef, extra lean, 1lb
    "JIFFY" Corn Muffin Mix 2 boxes
    Egg, 2 large
    Milk, Mootopia Fat Free, .66 cup
    Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.5 cup
    Cumin 1tsp
    Garlic powder 1 tsp
    Chili Powder 3 tsp


Makes 12 servings

Preheat oven to 400

Brown ground beef with cumin, garlic and chili powder. Add Salsa and beans and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Mix together Jiffy Mix, eggs and milk, and pour into a greased pan. Top with beef and bean mixture and then add the cheese.

Bake 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting.
