    3 slices of bread, crusts removed
    1/4 cup fat free milk
    2.25 lbs lean ground beef
    2 packets Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
    2 eggs
    1 cup ketchup, divided


Soak bread in milk
Meanwhile, Mix together beef, eggs, soup mix, and 1/2 cup of ketchup
Lightly squeeze bread and work into the beef mixture
Form a loaf in the middle of a 9x13 pan
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes
Uncover and top with remaining 1/2 cup ketchup
Bake 20 more minutes
Allow to rest 5-10 minutes before slicing
