Introduction

Delicous oatmeal breakfast that requires NO cooking. Prepare ingredients the night before, add a few mix-ins in the morning, and you are good to go. Enjoy. Ingredients

    Oatmeal Mix
    1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
    (sometimes I do 1/4 cup oats and 1/4 cups muesli)
    1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
    1/4 cup Almond breeze
    1 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)- you can use peanut butter, but that will change nutrutional information.
    1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 artificial sweetener packet
    Add Ins
    1/2 small banana
    1 tbsp granola or crunch cereal (I used Go Lean Crunch with Flax)

Directions

1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, cocoa, PB2 (or peanut butter), and sweetener packet in a bowl.
2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and pop in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Remove plastic wrap, stir in sliced banana and granola or cereal and enjoy. If you prefer warm oatmeal, remove plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes and stir. Then stir in banana and cereal or granola and enjoy.
