Ingredients

    1 lb of lean ground beef
    1 lb of pork sausage
    1 c. of fresh spinach leaves
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. of italian Bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 T. of butter/margarine
    2 T. of olive oil

Directions

Saute spinach and onion in 1 T of melted butter. Chop up a little finer when done. Put in mixing bowl with the beef, pork, bread crumbs, and egg and mix together with hand. Using a cookie scoop, scoop into balls and put into heated skillet that has been heated with olive oil. Cook, until brown.
