    Tomato juice, without salt added, Garlic, Onion (Yellow),Green Peppers,Olive Oil, Capers, Spinach, frozen,Ground beef, Red Pepper, Sage, Rosemary,Italian Seasoning, Pepper, Salt


the tomato juice I used was from garden tomatoes, skins off and blended in blender--it made 8 cups of juice. to make sauce brown hamburger, set aside. saute finely chopped onions in olive oil until translucent, add capers and green peppers (chopped fine), mix juice, hamburger, sauteed veggies into crock pot, add frozen chopped spinach. cook on medium heat for 4-10 hours. makes 12-1 cup servings.
